Claude Code Tray is an unofficial, community-built Windows system-tray application developed by Alexandre Oliveira that monitors Claude Code rate-limit usage. Currently at version 1.7.2, with four released versions to date, the software belongs to the developer tooling and system monitoring category, specifically targeting users of Claude Code who want visibility into their usage quotas. The application renders a crisp, DPI-aware vector icon in the Windows tray that displays the current usage percentage with a Task Manager-style fill bar, and it projects when the user will reach 100% of the limit — using a proportional pace line for the weekly window and a burn-rate regression for the five-hour session and extra windows — turning the bar vivid red when the user is on track to exhaust the quota before the window resets.
